After an intense workout at the gym, (You know cause I have got to get in shape since my 20 year high school reunion is coming up in a little over 11 months) , I’ve got to replenish the body with some good eats. So I concocted this delicious dish. It’s my best attempt at an omelette. I can make many things in the kitchen, but omelette’s have never been one of them. It starts out looking like an omelette then turns into scrambled eggs.  However this one turned out looking somewhat like an omelette. Let’s call it a Scramlette. (Part omelette and part scrambled eggs)

To make this you will need:

2 Cage Free eggs

2 tablespoons Vanilla Almond Milk

4 slices of uncurred salami

2 large slices of Boar’s Head Cracked Pepper Turkey (shredded)

2 Slices Colby Jack Cheese

A little fresh ground pepper

1/2 Avocado sliced or diced you make the call!

And then to wash it down I made a 12 oz protein shake with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Now to come up with lunch for the day…… Hmmmmmm
