Making a Fatty!

Well my friends football season is upon us and I always like to grill/smoke/barbecue delicious eats for my friends during this time. For this go round I show you how to make a “fatty”! No it is not a doobie, a joint, or a blunt. It’s a glorious concoction of meat and whatever the fuck you want to stuff it with all wrapped up in bacon…. Bacon is life!!!

2 lbs of 80/20 Ground Chuck
1 package of regular cut bacon
1 package of thin sliced Colby Jack Cheese
2 sliced jalapenos
1 sliced Hatch HOT chili
Any seasoning you would like….

Grill/Smoker at 250 degrees
Hickory chunks (or any flavor of wood you would like! Hickory or Mesquite is what I recommend for any beef.)
Cook low and slow for about 2 hours and then sear it over a hot fire for 1-2 minutes!
